1. We will schedule a visit with you in the spring, the best time to service your air conditioner, before you’re relying heavily on the unit to keep you cool in the hot Arkansas summer heat. 

2. When it comes to maintaining your heating system, we will schedule a visit with you in the early fall before it gets too cold in the winter season.

• Check refrigerant levels/pressure
• Clean Condenser coil if accessible 
• Inspect all major components 
• Check/Blow out the drain line (if QuickBlast valve present)
• Check low and high-pressure switches
• Change air filters
• Check drain pans
• Inspect major electrical connections
• Check the safety float switch
• Check the evaporator coil
• Check the operation of the thermostat

• Check the heat exchanger
• Check combustion motor operation
• Check flue draft for safe operation
• Check gas valves
• Adjust gas pressure, if necessary
